Parent Participation Policy
- Parents will receive an offer to participate in the program.
- Parents will be apprised of the organizational mandate.
- Parents will be given a copy of the organizational chart, job description and orientation.
- Parents will be asked to respect the confidentiality of all participants.
- Meetings held regarding Theatrix business will be attended by the Artistic Director and a member of the Board of Directors.
- Notes from all meetings will be on file at the Theatrix Office.
- Participating parents must by law complete and submit a criminal record search form. The original will be kept in a sealed file, and a copy submitted to the Ministry of B.C. as per the new legislation. There is no fee.
- Theatrix requests that any changes in commitment be conveyed to the Artistic Director AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.All proposed expenditures must be approved by the Artistic Director PRIOR to purchase, or Theatrix will not be responsible for reimbursement.
