Grades 1 to 5  (Some schools are Grades 2 -5.  Please check your flier before registering)

A FUN FUNDRAISER FOR YOUR SCHOOL PAC   - $10 per child goes back to the Parent Advisory Council.
 
A chance for children in the school system to access the performing arts, and participate in a musical theatre mini production. Schools may book a 6 - week session:
  • Fall, Winter, Spring  
  • Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • noon (15 minutes for lunch) to 12:45 (depending on the school's lunch time)
  • performance for school either 11 a.m. or 1 p.m.
  • 20 minimum/30 maximum
Children take lunch to a supervised area (gym or music room designated by the school) and eat lunch for 15 minutes before the 30 minute program. (subject to the length of the school' lunch period)

          MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS                 April 20 - May 28 (Porter)  April 13 - May 22  (Kilmer)

        WEDNESDAYS/FRIDAYS                   April 22 – May 29 (Riverview Park)

        TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS                   April 23 – May 28 (Rochester, Glenayre, Eagleridge, Meadowbrook)

  

NEW REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:  (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - WE HAVE STREAMLINED FOR GREATER ACCESS)

1.  Create an account the day BEFORE your school's registration link goes live.

2.  Registration links for Meadowbrook, Kilmer, and Cape Horn will close Thursday, March 12 at 6 p.m.

3.  Each child must be registered INDIVIDUALLY.   The form has been shortened.

4.  If registrations go beyond 30 children per school, the computer will randomly select 30 from the registration list, like a  lottery.
 
5.  A payment link will be sent to computer generated list to complete registration by paying for fees.
 
6.  All others will be notified that they are on the waitlist.
 
7.  Payment may be made by  E-transfer (preferred) or Paypal.  We are transitioning from chqs due our green initiative and lessen impact on school staff.
 
8.  If necessary, Chqs for $75 payable to Theatrix Youtheatre Society, are mailed to:  1918 Como Lake Avenue, P.O. Box 64553, Coquitlam BC V3J 7V7
 
9.  Payment confirms enrollment.  Our liability insurance policy covers confirmed paid registrations, only.

2. THE PAC issues a FLIER in the school.
 
3. PARENTS REGISTER ONLINE(click link next to your school on the left.)
 
4. PAYMENT: $75 -  You are directed to payment page after registration.)
 
 
Due to demand, it is recommended that schools book their sessions for Fall 2015, and Winter, Spring 2016.
